At Aspiring Edge Wellness Center we offer a variety of personal wellness workshops to help you overcome barriers to achieving optimal health and wellness in your life. Available workshops include:

Are you constantly seeking the approval of others? Learn how to overcome your desire for approval and gain the confidence you need to make decisions that you can feel good about.

Bad Habits  

Bad habits can negatively impact our overall health and well-being. This workshop will provide you with the tools and techniques to help you say goodbye to bad habits once and for all.
