Q. What can I expect from wellness coaching?
A. Wellness coaching is based on a partnership of commitment, trust and support. Our role is to act as your trusted advisor, listen to your ideas and concerns, share our experiences and unique perspective on change, and provide recommendations for resolving any personal or business wellness issues you are dealing with.
Q. How does the coaching process work?
A. The coaching process begins with a consultation to assess your personal and/or business strengths and challenges, and identify your goals and objectives. Once these have been established, your coach will provide recommendations outlining each step to be taken along your journey to achieving them.
Q. How long does the coaching process take?
A. The coaching process really has no limit. Whether you choose to work with a coach on an individual basis, or prefer to participate in workshops in a group setting, you may continue to work with your coach for as long as you wish in order to achieve your goals.
Q. How is coaching conducted?
A. Coaching can be done in person or over the phone if you prefer. Many people benefit from being able to speak with their coach on an as needed basis to confidentially discuss their concerns. Coaching programs can be customized to meet your individual and business needs.
